Receive Money

NPSCU members can receive an Interac® e-Transfer. Money received by email or mobile phone will be deposited directly into your personal NPSCU account.

How To Receive Money By Email/Mobile Phone

  1. Click the link in the email or text message. You will be directed to a special site operated by Certapay, an Interac subsidiary
  2. Follow the instructions on the Certapay site and select NPSCU
  3. Follow the instructions on the Certapay site to log in to Online Banking
  4. Log in to Online Banking and enter the answer to the security question
  5. Choose the NPSCU account into which you wish to deposit the money

What you should know:

  • There is no fee to deposit money into your account that you have received by email.
  • If you do not want to deposit the money into your account you can decline the transfer.
  • For mobile phone transfers if you do not have a data package on your phone you will need to enter the URL link via any internet connection to complete the transfer.

If you are not currently signed up for online banking, do not have a personal account or not yet a member, please contact a NPSCU branch for assistance.
