Election & Social Responsibility Giving Opportunity

One of the most important privileges of Membership is the casting of your vote to decide on the leadership of your Credit Union for the years ahead. 

Voting took place online Monday, January 20, 2020 - Friday, January 24, 2020. 

Results of the 2020 Board of Directors Election were announced at the North Peace Saving & Credit Union Annual General Meeting on February 4, 2020. North Peace Savings & Credit Union introduced the 5 elected nominees to the Board of Directors.


BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION RESULTS:

Bruce Chisholm: 77 VOTES – 1 year term

Allan Loberg: 73 VOTES

Laurie Petrucci: 100 VOTES – 3 year term

Dave Sloan: 103 VOTES – 3 year term

Darren Snider: 89 VOTES – 3 year term

Mike Whalley: 80 VOTES – 2 year term


Results of the Social Responsibity Giving Opportunity were announced at the North Peace Saving & Credit Union Annual General Meeting on February 4, 2020. NPSCU added 9 local charities to the ballot of our 2020 Board of Directors Election and invited voters to help us allocate over $5,000 in Social Responsibility Funding.

Dawson Creek and District Hospital Foundation: $681.82

Fort Nelson Aboriginal Friendship Society: $250.00

Fort St. John Arts Council: $568.18

Fort St. John Literacy Society: $833.33

Hudson’s Hope Cancer Memorial Fund: $795.45

Hudson’s Hope Historical Society: $250

Northern Rockies Seniors Society – Fort Nelson: $606.06

North Peace Justice Society – Fort St. John: $984.85

Ryan Rowe Fund – Dawson Creek: $250.00
